Absolutely! If you would like to recycle your unused Green Go bottles, drop them in our bin outside the shop and we will happily reuse them.

Visit us at the Transylvania Farmers Market with your container!
Place an order online and choose the bulk size (by the oz) refill option. Save your Green Go bottle and we will provide a recycled container for your refill.You can also place your desired container in our drop off bin with your name on it and we will fill your order accordingly.
We’ll let you know when your order is ready for pick up.

We serve Brevard, Pisgah Forest, Etowah, Cedar Mountain, Pisgah Forest, Penrose, Connestee, Sherwood Forest, Horseshoe, Mills River, and Rosman.
We can occasionally take on deep cleans, move-outs, and monthly cleans for Lake Toxaway, Arden, Flat Rock, Fletcher, Zirconia, Cleveland, SC, Balsam Grove, Asheville, and Hendersonville.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. A late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged unless notification of a change has been made 2 business days prior to the service date.
All notifications must be made by calling or texting our office at (828) 553-8982, however we cannot guarantee the availability of rescheduling.

Square FAQs

No, there is not currently an app for customers to use for booking via Square. You will receive a Square notification via text and email as your appointments are booked. See the next question on how to access your appointments.

To sign in to see all of your appointments, click the link sent with your appointment notification or click here. Choose “My Bookings” (if you don’t see this, click “Sign In”). It will then ask for your phone number to “Request a Code” for signing in. Enter the code sent and you will automatically be signed in. There you will be able to view all past and upcoming bookings.

If you need to update your information, please contact us. Once we change your contact information on our end, your Customer Account will automatically update.

See question 2 for viewing appointments. From there, you can view the dates and add them to your personal calendar of your choice. You should see a blue button that says "Add to Calendar" and it will let you add your appointments to your personal calendars on your phone or computer.

No. You will need to contact us via phone at 828-553-8982 or email at howdy@greengocleaningco.com to reschedule your cleaning appointment. If you have a last minute cancellation (within 48 hours of your appointment) please call us as soon as possible. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

You will receive notification of “Check-in” appointments as well as “Check-out Cleaning” appointments. Check-in appointments are added in for our reference and does not mean that we will be there or providing any service that day. Let us know if you have any questions!

Sign In to Your Customer Profile
Once an appointment is booked with Green Go, you can access your Customer Profile on our booking site:

To sign in to your Customer Account:
Head to the Square Appointments Green Go online booking site linked above.
Select ‘My Bookings’ and ‘Sign In’ if necessary. You can also access your profile by entering your phone number during the booking flow.
Enter the security code sent to your phone.
Select Sign In one more time.
Once you sign into your account. You can click ‘My Account’ to view your contact information, as well as a list of your past and upcoming appointments.
